Hi, my name is Joe McCabe and I am here to help you reach your health and fitness goals. I really have trained every type of client. From people starting out on their fitness journey, to people who wanted to lose body fat and build strength, to pre and post pregnancy clients, to people who want to improve there sports performance. Probably above all else for people who train to help relieve and manage stress. That to me that goes hand in hand with training.
I qualified as a personal trainer over ten years ago from Litton Lane, Trinity College sports complex. Over the last ten years I have gone to seminars of the top international coaches, have completed a diploma in nutrition for sports performance and have completed qualifications in trx, kettlebells, Mobility, Strength and Conditioning.
